• Boltmax high performance mechanical torque multipliers are designed for tightening and loosening of all heavy duty fastening connections. They are commonly used in the areas of construction, power generation, transportation, shipping and maintenance-repair industries.

• Torque multipliers produce high precision torque power without electricity or compressed air. The MX series gearing design enables a high torque output with minimal input. It can achieve 16.000 Nm torque power using only 215 Nm input achieved by man hand power. All torque multipliers are protected against overload through share pins in order to protect inside mechanism. Share pins are located in the female input drive.

• Boltmax torque multipliers do not use standard multiplication ratio like other manufacturer such as 5 or 25 times. Every multiplier has its own torque table which has fixed and calibrated figures.

• Boltmax mechanical torque multipliers are equipped with an internal reversible locking ratchet to ensure secure operation and to prevent rear action.With the use of an adjustable torque wrench even high torque levels can be achieved precisely and easily.
