High measuring accuracy and compact design have made MiniCODERs the most frequently used speed sensors in high-speed spindles in the world.

More than 500,000 pieces are installed, among other things, in machines for high- speed cutting. They are suitable for speed and position detection in all highly dynamic applications.

Implemented customer requirements into new products

Manufacturers of machines and plants are innovative and driven by technology and under constant pricing pressure. The intelligent linking of human, machine and workpiece is the focus of the future project "Industry 4.0".

• The MiniCODER comfort is the encoder kit with proven technology. Customer-specific adaptations are possible at any time.
• The MiniCODER advanced is individually developed according to the requierements - it is tailor-made for our customers.
• The MiniCODER plus offers easy programming of various parameters using a unique test and programming device via wireless communication. An operating hours counter for different speed ranges is integrated - the evaluation and monitoring is comfortable and very simple.
• The MiniCODER absolute is an innovative, absolute encoder kit for shaft diameters up to 500 mm.

Extremely compact, rugged and reliable

MiniCODERs use their full potential when the installation situation requires a particularly compact, robust and reliable measuring system. With only 38 mm x 22 mm x 16 mm MiniCODERs are suitable for installation situations with little space.

MiniCODERs do not need their own bearings and are therefore completely wear- and maintenance-free. The optimised circuit and screening technique, and fully encapsulated electronics ensure reliable operation even in harsh environments .
