Square Drive Adaptors are used as a convertor to permit use of sockets and driving tools of different square drive sizes. It is available in 1/4" (6.35mm), 3/8" (9.5mm), 1/2" (12.7mm), 3/4" (19mm), 1" (25.4mm), 1 1/2" (38.1mm) square drives. The torque capacity of these adaptors is limited to the torque capacity of smaller square drive.
