9 Ton Capacity Mechanical Flange Spreader
Equipment nose which entering between the flange plates is 6 mm.
6mm is enough space for 9 ton spreading operation.

The width of the nose which entering between the flange plates is 15 mm. SW9TM does not require any external power source. Rotating force of 200 Nm power makes flange separation simple and safe.

How it works ?
After mechanical flange spreader placed between the flange plates are moved from the square drive with 200 Nm of torque arm. Strength-enhancing mechanisms in the equipment that converts the input force of 20 kg to 9 tons of pushing force. This force is sufficient force to open many flange.
