PRÜFTECHNIK RFID tag technology is a extra module that can be added to the ROTALIGN Ultra Advanced and Expert systems for automatic machine identification. The kit comes with 1 RFID reader and charger and 1 pack of 25 RFID tags.

Using the RFID Reader and corresponding RFID tags this enables the following:

• Enables you to clearly identify the equipment that needs to be aligned
• Direct entry of files and template
• Stores data, machine templates and results
•  Quickly check the last alignment conditions
• Open corresponding files and templates on the device via Andriod
• Automatically stores data
•  Save new alignment results

Time Saving

If a template file is assigned to an RFID tag then a new file opens based on this template. This saves you time when an alignment needs to be performed or verified!

 Easy To Use

The results will show you the Alignment State including a smily face. This will appear as soon as the alignment results are previewed. It will also include the date, who it was aligned by, the equipment name and serial number.

Available for Android devices with NFC

NFC enabled Android Smartphone users can download and use the free of charge App to display the alignment status of their machine by reading the RFID “laser aligned” tag from PRUFTECHNIK Alignment.
